Service closure: Bright residential network
The residential services provided by Bright - BrightTalk BrightWeb and BrightTV, will be terminated from midnight on 15 December 2007.
This was a difficult decision for Bright, but a thorough review of our residential network revealed that our current services will not be sustainable in the future. As our equipment is approaches the end of its technical life span, Bright will be unable to invest in the required upgrades to deliver the next generation of carrier grade telecommunication services that our customers expect and deserve.
Customers have been informed of this service closure via mail and are now being assisted by Bright in the migration to other service providers offering similar products.
We will continue to deliver leading business communications services over our optical fibre infrastructure throughout the Perth CBD and metropolitan area. This includes the provision of voice, data and internet services.
